That is a classic situation of a chain that is going nowhere.

One is where the property value and rental estimates work well for a straight purchase. But that may not always apply, so we also look at other properties lower down the chain. Perhaps there is one further down the chain that we can buy, which gets the whole chain moving.

A further potential solution is where (at no additional cost to you) we register your details and search to match you up with other potential buyers - even if they are registered with other estate agents.
