What kinds of opportunities are we looking for?
Our current interest is in:
- Commercial development opportunities that could incorporate a new hotel, either on its own or as part of a mixed-use scheme. We will consider new developments and conversions of existing offices and hotels.
- Mixed-use commercial opportunities will be in our close to other commercial businesses such as gyms / health and fitness, cinemas, general retail business, pubs, bars, restaurants, doctors' surgeries, supermarkets, car parks and some residential use.
- Prominent sites in town, district, edge of centre or out of town locations ideally with main road frontage with easy access and strong pedestrian or traffic flow.
- Town centre locations with potential C2 usage near amenities, shops, post offices. car parking potential not a key requirement.
- High visibility shop frontage on local high streets or edge of town developments which can have hot food takeaway usage
- Other commercial and small to medium-scale residential opportunities on a case by case basis.
